South Shore Neighbors Dig In, Dig Out

This week, the South Shore is digging out together. From Braintree to Marshfield and beyond, residents faced down fallen trees, flooded streets, and heavy snow, but communities pulled together to help one another. Kids in Hanson even turned shoveling into a fun challenge, clearing fire hydrants to support local first responders. Neighborly support extended beyond state lines as Vermont crews arrived to assist local towns. Amid the cleanup, new openings like Leo’s Events and Restaurant and Escapology in Braintree remind us that life AND FUN goes on. Take a look at our gallery capturing the storm’s impact and the resilience of our South Shore neighbors.
