  • Burial Hill Tour: Legends & Lore: Saturday, October 4, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM - Plymouth: Join Joyce Poremski, Head Docent at the Plymouth Antiquarian Society, for a guided one-hour tour of Burial Hill. She will share tales of legends and lore. The tour is free and part of the "Revolutionary Connections" series. - Burial Hill

  • Folklore by Firelight: Saturday, October 4, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Plymouth: Join us for an evening of storytelling and spooky tales by a crackling campfire. You'll hear tales of New England folklore and local history, and you can even bring a spooky story of your own to share! Attendees should bring a blanket or chair, and a headlamp or flashlight. The event is for ages 5 and up, and registration is required by October 3 at 12 PM. - Davis-Douglas Farm

  • Vinnie Favorito with Joey Carroll: Saturday, October 4, 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM – Hanover: Catch unfiltered stand-up with Vinnie Favorito and special guest Joey Carroll for a night of raw laughs. – Quan’s Kitchen

  • Rebels and Rods Car Show: Sunday, October 5, 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM – Plymouth: Join one of the South Shore's most highly attended car shows of the season, featuring over 300 classic and modern hot rods, muscle cars, and exotic vehicles. – Plymouth

  • Pumpkin Palooza: Sunday, October 5, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Hanover: Enjoy a family-friendly event featuring pumpkin decorating, a kids' cornhole tournament, various learning centers, and a magic show by the Awesome Robb. – Hanover

  • Birding Hike at Hoyt-Hall Preserve: Wednesday, October 8, 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM - Marshfield: Join Wildlands Trust and the Paskamansett Bird Club on a birding hike to see, listen to, and identify bird species. The 1.7-mile hike will traverse heavily rooted, rocky, and narrow trails with some steep sections. Attendees should wear sturdy, closed-toed shoes and warm, weather-appropriate clothing.   • Historic Clothing Parlor Talk: "Mourning Needlework and Accessories": Tuesday, October 7, 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM - Plymouth: Delve into the sentimental traditions of mourning attire, embroidery, and keepsakes from the 18th and 19th centuries during this talk.
